Meditation Group

Be content with what you have;
Rejoice in the way things are,

When you realize there is nothing lacking
The whole world belongs to you.

The meditation group meets on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of the month at the Bucks’ home at 7:30pm. Everyone is welcome. Our time together includes meditation, discussion and fellowship. We are currently using the book Sabbath by Wayne Muller as a focus for our discussions. It is not necessary to have done the reading to participate in the discussion. All are welcome!
